To sit ergonomically with two monitors, ensure both are at eye level and aligned with your eye line to reduce neck strain. Keep your feet flat on the floor, knees at a 90-degree angle, and back supported by the chair's backrest. Position the keyboard and mouse close to your body to minimize reaching and strain on the arms and wrists.

Love the dual slim monitor arms, especially the quick release mechanism attachment. Does exactly as described. If you are thinking of stacking your monitors, you may need to different arms, but work great for me side by side. Would recommend.
These really are pretty compact and I can’t imagine them getting much thinner to house all the cables that can come out of a monitor. I have been using them for 18 months now and can’t complain. They haven’t shifted a centimetre since I set them up initially.
The two arms work wonderfully to combine different angles, directions and configurations. The system is easy to to install and easy to use.
Result is more desk space and an attractive addition to the surrounding area.

Great monitor arms, they keep the cables from the screens nicely hidden and the desk looks so much tidier now. It did take me a few goes to get the positioning of the base correct (note: off centre) on the small desk I have but once I got them set up it was perfect.
